This video rocks.
I agree with you, Microsoft just sucks. Lots of bugs, lagging system, and virus-prone.
Apple on the other hand had made PCs convenient. A perfect example is their Apple IMAC lines.
Even their Apple IMAC G5 has good reviews. Here's one
